The clinician
Your judgment.
Your way of practicing.
Bespoke EMRs, connected workflows and healthcare IT consulting, built around your independent practice. Led by a practicing physician who builds clinical software from the work of care.
See it workingTechnology should give clinicians clearer context, smoother workflows and more room for the patient. That relationship is the point of everything we build.
Your judgment.
Your way of practicing.
Your attention.
Their individual care.
Tailored EMRs · Visit preparation · Connected workflows
We put clinicians first, so they can put patients first.
AI can organize records and draft visit preparation, with sources visible for review. It does not make clinical decisions or sign notes for you.
Understand how your team delivers care. Shape the tools around that work, with fewer unnecessary steps.
Look closely at repeated entry, scattered information and handoffs. Design for less friction and more continuity.

Founder · MisuraWorks
MisuraWorks grew from my work at Perennial Longevity Medicine and the development of Perennial OS. The starting point was my own practice: the patient’s story, the work between visits, and the information I needed in the room.
Perennial OS is our founding clinical implementation. It gives this work a practical starting point—and each new practice brings different needs.
MisuraWorks brings that experience to bespoke development, healthcare IT consulting and a reusable software foundation. Perennial Longevity Medicine remains a separate clinical practice.
Good software begins with a close reading of your practice. We measure where time is lost, understand what needs to fit, and tailor the build around the people doing the work.
Onsite interviews with clinicians, care teams and front-office staff. We follow a day in the practice and listen for what makes good care harder.
Trace scheduling, preparation, documentation and follow-up. Identify repeated entry, missing context and handoffs without a clear owner.
Turn a specific friction point into a working prototype. Your team tries real-world scenarios with synthetic records and helps shape the next iteration.
Validate the workflow, plan the rollout and support training. Keep refining around how the practice actually works.
One architectural foundation, shaped around three different kinds of work. Perennial connects the longitudinal story to AI, quarterly plans and clinical writing. ThirdRock supports shared cases, notes and team follow-through. Lehara explores consistent operations across a clinic network.

Longitudinal context. Longevity health optimization.

Continuity across providers, every day.

Consistent operations across clinics and teams.

No. We can scope tools around your existing EMR or explore a tailored replacement. The assessment determines which approach fits your practice and what your current vendor allows.
Security responsibilities, access controls, hosting and any required business associate agreements must be addressed for the specific engagement before patient data is connected. This public demo uses synthetic records and does not establish compliance for a production deployment.
Data rights, export access and exit arrangements belong in the written agreement. Software licensing, reusable platform IP and client-specific development are scoped separately. Those terms are agreed before a build begins.
We assess exports, data quality, vendor APIs and integration requirements before promising a migration or connection. Labs, e-prescribing and billing are scoped individually; availability depends on the vendors and approvals involved.
We start by defining the work. An engagement may combine an implementation fee, software licensing and support, plus separately scoped custom development. Pricing, milestones and timeline follow the assessment; there is no single package or fixed timeline for every practice.
Ongoing maintenance and development continuity are part of the intended offer. We agree on support ownership, coverage, response expectations and training in the engagement scope before launch.
A recurring frustration. A better way to prepare. A little more time for the conversation. We can start there.
